An 8-week live cohort experience rooted in forgiveness, honest conversation, and the journey toward restoration — for adult children and fathers alike.
"Forgiveness is not a gift you give to someone who hurt you. It's the freedom you choose for yourself."
Healing Father Wounds runs two separate cohorts simultaneously — one for adult children, one for fathers — so every voice can be heard without filter.
For adult men and women ready to name their pain, grieve what was lost, release resentment, and move toward forgiveness — whether or not restoration is possible.
For fathers who know they've fallen short — whether through absence, silence, or harm — and are ready to take accountability and pursue restoration with their children.
Every session is designed to move you from awareness to freedom — at a pace that honors the weight of the work.
Name the wound and the stories you've built around it
Trace the impact across your identity, relationships, and patterns
Choose forgiveness and prepare for the hard conversation
Move toward healing — in relationship, or within yourself
Both editions run simultaneously — same week, same theme, different lens. One week off for Memorial Day so you can rest and recharge.
Your beta enrollment gives you full access to a structured, supported experience at a founding member investment.
Weekly 90-minute Zoom sessions with facilitated teaching, group discussion, and guided exercises.

"I didn't write a book about forgiveness because I had it figured out. I wrote it because I had to find my way through — and I knew I wasn't the only one."
Monica S. McQueen is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and fatherhood advocate whose work sits at the intersection of healing, restoration, and generational change. As a partner with Fathers Matter ATL, Monica has dedicated herself to bridging the gap between fathers and their children — and equipping both sides to do the hard, necessary work of reconciliation.
Her book, The Gift of Forgiveness: Unpacking the Impact of Fatherlessness and Restoration, is the foundation of this program — a deeply personal account of navigating fatherlessness, choosing forgiveness, and discovering the freedom waiting on the other side. Every session in this cohort is drawn from that lived experience, not borrowed theory.
Monica created Healing Father Wounds because she believes no one should have to carry the weight of a father wound alone — and that it is never too late to heal, to forgive, or to restore what was lost.
The beta cohort is intentionally small so we can learn together and shape the full program from your experience.
